HOW LONG DOES THE PROCEDURE TAKE?
I take about 1 hr 30 mins to 3 hours on each client for full sets. Duration for fills vary depending on the amount of remaining lashes you return with.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A LASH FILL?
Lashes usually lasts up to 4 weeks but it’s important to get a fill every 2-3 weeks to keep them looking full and fluffy. You must have 40% of your lashes (at least 40 lashes on each eye) in order for it to be considered a fill. I have an example of what 40% looks like on my Instagram under my highlight called “policy”
CAN YOU GO SWIMMING, GO TO THE GYM, OR SHOWER WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes, 24-48 hours after getting the service you are allowed to do your regular day-to-day activities being extra careful!
DO LASH EXTENSIONS CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR NATURAL LASHES?
Damage can occur under certain circumstances. It's important you are getting your lashes done by a professional lash technician to ensure you are receiving a clean application since it has a lot to do with lash loss. PLEASE DO NOT tug pull on your extensions yourself. If you'd like to remove your lashes, I suggest booking our removal service in order for it be professionally taken off in a healthy/safe way.
CAN I WEAR MASCARA/EYE MAKEUP WHILE YOU HAVE LASH EXTENSIONS?
Eyeshadow and eyeliner is highly NOT recommended while you have lashes. This will result in abnormal lash loss. If it is hard to ditch the liner or eyeshadow, please make sure the products used are oil-free and removed daily. DO NOT USE MASCARA! Once mascara is applied to your lash extensions, it is difficult to remove and will cause build up in between your hairs. This is when infections come (ex.blepharitis) and major lash loss!
HOW DO I CLEAN AND TAKE CARE FOR MY LASHES?Lash aftercare is super easy but goes a long way! Please refrain from exposing your lashes to any moisture for the first 48 hours for the best retention. Lash baths are recommended at least once a week. DDBEAUTYBAR lash shampoo and cleansing brushes are available for pickup. Put a tiny amount of soap on your lashes, use your brush and clean your lashes gently in a downward motion, rinse with water and dry/brush your lashes gently. Remember to brush your lashes to keep the fluff.
HOW MANY TIMES CAN I REUSE THE LASHES?
DDLASHES can be reused up to many times but with the proper care. That is, gently removing the glue from the lash strips and storing them back in their tray to maintain its natural shape.
WHAT IF THE LASHES DON'T FIT ME?
For the perfect fit, we recommend trimming the ends that suits your eye shape.
HOW CAN I TAKE CARE/CLEAN THE LASHES?
Once that you see that there is a build up of dried glue, hold the lash band and gently peel off the excess glue.

WHY IS MY ITEM TAKING LONGER THAN SPECIFIED?
All deliveries are handled by Canada Post. Therefore, we cannot give you a specific answer, however the following situations can sometimes cause deliveries to take a little longer.
- Busy courier service depots can sometimes get so busy that parcels at delayed whilst they wait to be scanned and processed.
- If you are located a long distance from the depot it can take an extra 1-2 days for items to be delivered. The further you are, the longer it takes by road.
- International orders can face delays whilst being checked at customs, then passed to different facilities before they make it to your address.
